Hello and Welcome to Arashi, the approved fanlisting for the Seiryuu warrior Soi (Haku Kaen). Soi is truely one of the most beautiful and mature female characters in the original Fushigi Yuugi series. Her history and her devotion is truely touching. You are currently viewing version 2.0 of Arashi which was added on June 6th, 2012. The name "Arashi" (嵐) means storm in japanese, i felt it fit her powers and possibly even her personality a little.
